I saw this Student on 22-9-1944. He was discharged Mostyn Hall Military Hospital on 20-9-1944, having been under treatment for an injury to his spine sustained during his training at STS-51.

This Student is still in need of treatment and will be unfit for further training for at least ten days. I have referred him for treatment as an Out-patient at Q.A. Military Hospital, Millbank.
